ship no later than the next business day after payment is received.
When
the shipping cost calculated by eBay at checkout for multi-item orders exceeds my
actual shipping cost, I automatically issue refunds for the difference between
the eBay charge and my actual cost.
To get a quote regarding the shipping cost for multi-item
orders, add your items to your e-Bay shopping cart and request an invoice prior
to submitting payment.
Return Policy
To ensure the best buying experience possible, I cover the
cost of return shipping for items that are sent back for any reason.
When sending item(s) back, open a return request on the eBay
site. After the return request is submitted, eBay will approve it automatically
and provide you with a pre-paid return label.
Full refunds for merchandise costs will be issued when items are
returned in their original condition. For items not returned in their original
condition, partial refunds may be issued in accordance with eBay policies.
Refunds for original shipping costs depend upon the basis for
the return. For items that are not as described or that are damaged during
shipping, refunds for original shipping costs will be issued. For other
returns, original shipping costs may not be refunded.
